12 month contract with optional 24 month extension (hybrid 10 days a month onsite in Ottawa) Reliability Status clearance or be eligible to obtain one Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist - AI Transformation Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain an integrated Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy, roadmap, and change plan aligned with AI transformation priorities, program milestones, dependencies, and business outcomes • Assess organizational readiness and change impacts across roles, teams, processes, technology, and ways of working, and translate findings into targeted actions • Advise sponsors and leaders on workforce implications, resistance management, responsible AI use, psychological safety, and the leadership behaviors required to support successful adoption • Create clear and compelling communications, engagement strategies, and change narratives that explain transformation objectives, impacts, and expected behaviors • Design and implement adoption approaches for AI-enabled tools and new ways of working, including role-based learning, manager enablement, champion networks, pilot activities, and reinforcement strategies • Collaborate with key departments, teams, and stakeholders to support change activities and make responsible AI requirements understandable and actionable for employees and leaders • Define adoption, readiness, capability, and value-realization measures and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement • Develop reusable playbooks, frameworks, templates, toolkits, and knowledge-transfer materials that strengthen ITS change management capability and support the sustained adoption of AI initiatives Education and Certifications • University degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or Behavioural Science • Certification in a recognized Organizational Change Management methodology, such as Prosci ADKAR, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or an equivalent Organizational Change Management certification ii. Relevant Experience • A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated experience providing Organizational Change Management (OCM) services supporting complex, enterprise-wide technology, digital, business, or AI transformation initiatives • Demonstrated experience leading the organizational change management workstream for at least one (1) enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Generative AI transformation initiative ACCESSIBILITY We’re committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace where every team member feels valued, respected, and supported, and has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Requirements
Requires a university degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or Behavioural Science, plus a recognized organizational change management certification. Candidates must have at least five years of recent OCM experience supporting complex transformation initiatives and have led the change workstream for at least one enterprise AI or Generative AI transformation.
