Who you are:- You have strong background in management, with experience in a service industry.- Down to earth and approachable; a well-rounded manager and professional.- You can establish and maintain effective working relationships.- A current Safe Food Handling certificate is an asset.- Have good knowledge of applicable Occupational Health & Safety practices.- Have demonstrated the ability to develop, analyze, interpret financial data; manage budgets and programs.- Have knowledge of Microsoft office.- Demonstrated time management skills. What you will do:- Ensure site operations follow client contracts and meet client obligations.- Ensure compliance with applicable federal & provincial laws, OH&S regulation, and union agreements where applicable.- Ensure that site department budgets are monitored and meet monthly budgetary expectations.- Ensure that all department staffing levels are adequate and maintained within budgetary requirements.- Review all department work schedules and flight manifests, to guarantee coverage is provided where and when necessary.- Carry out discipline that is consistent and within established company policy and procedure.- Responsible to provide final approval on time sheets submitted to head office.- Be accountable to ensure safety functions at site are consistent and within established company policies & programs.
