Competition Number: 2026-059 Position: Quality Manager Department: Operations Employment Status: Contract – 18 Months Salary: $36- $48/HR – 35 Hours per Week Location: Naughton, ON Closing Date: September 18, 2026, at 4:00pm POSITION SCOPE: The Quality Manager supports Atikameksheng Anishnawbek operations, excellence in program and service delivery, Debendaagziwaad satisfaction and operational efficiency and improvement through the development, implementation, monitoring, assessment and improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Policy. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in quality management, operational coordination, process improvement, compliance, or a related role. Experience working with quality management systems; ISO 9001 knowledge or experience is a strong asset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements. Coordinate quality planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities across departments to improve operational effectiveness and quality control. Conduct internal reviews, audits, and assessments to evaluate compliance, effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, process maps, and work instructions.
