As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and talented Administrative Assistant to help shape the future of high-speed rail in Canada. Location - Montréal, QC ( on-site presence is required 5 days per week at the AtkinsRéalis Head Office located at 455 René-Lévesque Boulevard West). Your role Ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly by maintaining a professional, safe, and efficient work environment. Coordinate workspace planning, workstation setups, and meeting room requirements to support business needs. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and property management partners. Support employee onboarding, workplace integration, and operational needs for employees and managers. Oversee office access processes, security procedures, and access card management. Develop, document, and improve administrative and operational processes to support project growth. Standardize office practices between Montréal and Toronto and contribute to continuous improvement and governance initiatives. Organize and coordinate a variety of team and office events. Provide general administrative support related to office operations. About you Proven experience in office coordination or office management within a professional environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional internal customer service. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
