Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in hydroelectric and industrial fields, including at least 2 years on a medium or large-scale construction site. Membership in the Quebec Order of Engineers (OIQ) is required, along with knowledge of Canadian codes and standards.
