Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and be registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng), with a minimum of 12 years of relevant consulting experience, including at least 3 years managing technical teams. Strong business acumen, client-facing skills, and excellent leadership and communication abilities are essential.
