ATL looking for Successful Fleet Sales Representatives, who must have excellent customer service skills to build relationships with potential customers. They must be able to listen to the customers needs and find solutions that meet their expectations. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills is also essential for negotiating deals and closing sales. Job Description Develop and maintain relationships with key fleet customers and sales representatives to increase sales. Identify potential new fleet customers and develop plans to target them. Customize transportation solutions that align with client needs (e.g., freight, logistics, last-mile delivery, etc.). Develop and present detailed proposals and presentations to potential fleet customers. Monitor competitor activities and adjust fleet sales strategies accordingly. Negotiate fleet sales contracts with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze customer needs, preferences and trends to develop creative solutions to meet their needs. Work with internal departments to develop appropriate fleet sales programs and offers. Track, monitor and report fleet sales performance and progress on a regular basis. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. Participate in trade shows, conferences and other events to promote fleet sales. Skills and Competencies to Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Ability to build relationships with customers and develop trust. Ability to handle customer objections and close sales. Knowledge of the automotive industry and fleet services. Understanding of vehicle specifications, financing, and leasing options. Proficiency in operating a computer and using related software programs. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Qualifications Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Account Management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 3 year plus Experience in the trucking or logistics industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
