We're looking for a Regional Engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer relationships to help deliver engineered solutions across Quebec. What You'll Do * Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process. * Develop preliminary designs, evaluate project risks, and define project scope. * Partner with customers to understand project requirements and recommend engineered solutions. * Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Conduct site visits and provide technical support during design, construction, and installation. * Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and project documentation. * Support product development initiatives and stay current with industry standards. * Participate in industry events, customer meetings, and technical committees as required. What You'll Bring * Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. * Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility to practice. * Minimum five years of engineering experience, ideally in consulting, infrastructure, technical sales support, or engineered products. * Strong understanding of structural or civil infrastructure projects. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools. * Ability to travel throughout the region as required. * Experience with CRM software is considered an asset.
