The Opportunity We are hiring a Pricing Analyst for our Ontario Corrugated Team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Pricing & Sales Reporting, the Pricing Analyst is responsible for compiling data from various systems, performing variance analysis on costs and pricing, and preparing specialized reports to support the sales function. What you'll do * Audit prices entered on orders ensuring compliance with established guidelines * Prepare order variance report * Compile data and prepare profitability reports by customer by product * Prepare future price lists * Prepare monthly sales reports. * Perform costs comparisons and analysis * Prepare and update bi-weekly aged inventory reports and update with comments. * Prepare performance tracker files for customers * Update costing system with price information * Complete ad-hoc reports as required What you'll bring * University degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field emphasizing numerical analysis and quantitative methods * 2 years of experience in data analysis and revenue growth * Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel * Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize * Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and with little supervision in a high volume fast paced environment What We Offer * Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage (dependents included) * Teamwork-focused culture with sustainability initiatives and social events * A culture of appreciation through a point-based recognition * Opportunities for advancement and internal movement * Education assistance for continuous skill development * Academic scholarships for employees’ children * Safety equipment and PPE support program * Knowledge of advanced material considerations is an asset.
