Support victims and witnesses through the criminal court process by explaining their rights and roles, providing trauma-informed emotional support, assessing risks and needs, and connecting them with appropriate services. Maintain accurate case records, collaborate with justice and community partners, and contribute to service improvements, training, and public education.
