We’re seeking an EXPERIENCED PROJECT COORDINATOR (Asset Optimization) to support our Global Consulting team. This role will provide project coordination and support across the planning, evaluation, execution, and close-out of asset optimization initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring optimization initiatives are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and performance objectives. About The Role Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support. Coordinate asset optimization projects, schedules, deliverables, action registers, risks, and project documentation. Support asset performance assessments, optimization studies, reliability improvement initiatives, and maintenance optimization programs. Collect, consolidate, and report operational, maintenance, reliability, and financial data to support decision making. Maintain project schedules, controls, milestone tracking, and performance reporting. Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, finance, contractors, and vendors. Support risk management, issue tracking, technical coordination, procurement activities, and project close-out activities. About You Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. From 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination, asset optimization, engineering, maintenance, reliability, operations, or related industrial environments. Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams within mining, minerals, metals, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or heavy industry. Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERP, CMMS/EAM, Power BI, and project management systems is an asset. Knowledge of asset management, reliability, and continuous improvement principles. We’re committed to a fair and human hiring process.
