Key Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-up, and closing * Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline using CRM tools and outreach strategies * Deliver a consultative buying experience by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable vehicle and financing options * Conduct product presentations, test drives, and dealership walk-throughs * Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience * Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business * Meet and exceed individual performance and sales targets What You Bring * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or similar environments preferred) * Strong communicationskills with the ability to build trust and close effectively * Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset * Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment * Ability to learn and adapt to digital tools and CRM systems Requirements * Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract * AMVIC license or willingness to obtain upon hire * Flexibility towork days, evenings, and weekends * High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset) * Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass a background and MVR check * Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching The Perks * Uncapped earning potential with a performance-driven compensation structure; estimated annual earnings of $60,000–$100,000+ CAD * Competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed earnings floor for the first three months to support your transition into the role * Relocation assistance available for the right candidate, based on experience and alignment with the position * Comprehensive health and dental benefits * Employee vehicle purchase and service programs * Paid vacation and flex time for full-time employees * Ongoing training and career development within the AutoCanada network * A supportive, team-oriented environment with recognition programs and company events And those are just the basics.
