Celebrating 50 years, Autodyne has developed a solid and customer-focused approach in the design and manufacture of automated systems. Autodyne is committed to being best-in-class by delivering fundamentally sound process equipment for current and emerging technologies. We build systems for both automotive and non-automotive applications, serving our customers in Canada as well as in the United States, Mexico and the U.K. Our achievements are possible because of our team-focused approach and the pride and quality we build into each project. Autodyne has full 3-D solids mechanical design capabilities, using SolidWorks™ design software. Our controls design group is proficient in full system design using ePlan™ design software, integrating various PLC formats, control systems and programming formats. In addition to this, we have our own mechanical and electrical build groups, as well as full project coordination. Tooling, as required, is verified using our Hexagon measuring systems, and we utilize a Zeiss™ microscope system for weld inspection. We also have prototyping capabilities for welded assemblies, enabling our customers to evaluate their products and processed in the early stages of development. This results in a seamless process throughout the design, build, installation and start-up stages for each project.
