Frankfurt Autobody is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. We are a manufacturer-certified collision repair facility for Porsche, BMW, Lexus & Toyota... and other brands, serving Vancouver with professional collision repair and customer service. Position: Full-Time Customer Service Representative Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Wage: $21–$25 per hour, based on experience. Compensation will be reviewed and may be adjusted upon successful completion of the probationary period. Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with their repair needs Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups Provide customers with repair updates Assist with ICBC claims, documentation, and paperwork Coordinate with estimators, technicians, rental companies, and insurance partners Maintain customer and repair files Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working with computers and office systems Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Automotive or collision repair experience is an asset, but not required Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Legally authorized to work in Canada
