JOB DESCRIPTION Warehouse Associate, Excise (PM Shift) Auxly is an international cannabis company dedicated to bringing innovative, effective, and high-quality cannabis products to the medical, wellness and adult-use markets. Role Profile: Reporting to the Production Manager, will work in and maintain the standards of a cGMP environment, ensure orders are done accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards. The key candidate will be well organized, have an eye for detail, be a team player, and a good communicator. Role Responsibilities: * Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for setup, process flow, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure operational efficiency. * Accurately and efficiently perform picking and excising of finished goods in compliance with established guidelines. * Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain regulatory and operational compliance. * Operate packaging equipment safely and effectively to support production processes. * Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and excise room facilities to uphold hygiene and safety standards. * Execute additional tasks as assigned, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and organizational goals. Requirements: * High School Diploma or higher. * Prior experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment is advantageous. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving deadlines. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Reliable and collaborative team member/leader.
