Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Business Systems Analyst for one of our clients. Title :Business Systems Analyst Experience: 5–7+ Years Location: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite per week) Must-Have Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience within the Payments domain, specifically with the Zelle network and its underlying integration requirements. Technical Proficiency: Proven experience gathering and documenting API specification requirements. You must be comfortable working with developers to define contract specifications and data schemas. Agile Expertise: Extensive experience working in Agile methodologies. You should be adept at writing user stories that are "ready for development." Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You must be able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
