Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization and we are currently recruiting for a contract role for one of our premier client in Canada for Lease Administrator (French bilingual). This is a Remote role and client is actively hiring for this position. Title: Lease Administrator (French bilingual) Location: Montreal, QC Duration: 6+ months Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to manage the lifecycle of our commercial lease database. In this role, you will review, analyze, and abstract commercial lease agreements to extract critical financial, legal, and operational terms. You will ensure data integrity across systems, mitigate portfolio risks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across real estate, legal, and finance. Key Responsibilities Lease Abstraction & Data Entry: Review complex commercial lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documents to accurately extract key financial, operational, and legal provisions. Database & System Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date information within lease administration systems, verifying data consistency across the entire property portfolio. Risk Management & Quality Control: Identify contractual discrepancies, potential compliance risks, or unusual terms, escalating critical issues to key leadership when necessary. Audit & Financial Support: Assist with routine lease audits, portfolio reporting, and administrative reconciliation processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a core resource for real estate, legal, and finance departments on lease-related inquiries and obligations.
