Located across Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba, we have future opportunities for: * Sales Specialists * Assistant Property Managers * Regional Property Managers You will manage leasing, renewals, move-ins and move-outs, coordinate maintenance and repairs, support resident needs, and ensure day-to-day operations stay on track, all while delivering a welcoming, best-in-class experience for residents. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in making a real impact. WHAT WILL YOU NEED? * 3-5 years of front-line customer service and sales experience. * Property management and/or leadership experience would be an asset. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet resident needs. * A desire for continuous learning, growth, and career development. * Strong computer skills with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time. * Ability to work outside of normal business hours.
