WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Provide support to the Maintenance Associate Team, Regional Administrative Assistant and Residential Portfolio Manager. * Deliver and remove all materials and appliances, assisting with installation and disposal of any other unneeded materials as required. * Work independently to complete minor renovations including painting, drywall, mudding, and taping. * Assist the property management team with the distribution of resident notices, memos, and postings throughout the property. * Assist with maintenance of the property, including snow removal, lawn maintenance, garbage collection and removal of large items as required. * Perform repairs and maintenance to building systems, respond to emergencies, and conduct regular inspections. * Other duties as required. WHAT WILL YOU NEED? * Minimum of 2 years' experience in general labor. * A technology-savvy skillset with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time via mobile phone. * Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet Resident needs. * Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs. * A valid driver's license, clean driver’s abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle. * Mandatory requirement to be clean shaven to wear a respirator as required. * Ability to work outside of normal business hours and be part of the On Call Rotation. * Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
