The opportunity We are looking for a Manager, Data Analysis and Reporting, who will be responsible for providing high quality, actionable insights, and analytics that will improve the performance of Commercial Insurance. Come join our team! What You’ll Do Work with complex datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, governance, and optimal performance. Lead the collection, integration, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate actionable insights that improve business performance. Develop and deliver meaningful dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support strategic and operational decision-making. Collaborate with internal and external partners to define and drive business intelligence and analytics, leading to insights which will drive performance improvement. Foster an environment of continuous engagement with actuarial, pricing, analytics, underwriting, operations, marketing, communications, claims, IT, finance, and others. Act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders understand performance drivers, emerging trends, and opportunities for improvement. What You’ll Bring University degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics and Reporting roles. Experience with SAS, Python, MS Access and BI tools is an asset. Experience in Commercial Insurance is an asset. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to audiences ranging from technical teams to senior executives. Preference will be given to a candidate that has the right balance of business and technical skills. What You’ll Get The salary band for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires a university degree in a quantitative field and over 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics. Proficiency in SAS, Python, and BI tools is considered an asset.
