Notre partenaire, un entrepreneur général bien établi, cherche un(e) chargé(e) de projet en construction pour prendre part à un projet majeur et stable qui s’échelonnera sur plusieurs années. Une aide au déménagement pourrait être offerte pour faciliter la transition. Ton rôle Tu prendras en charge la gestion complète de tes projets, de la planification jusqu’à la livraison, en collaboration avec les équipes de chantier, les professionnels, fournisseurs et sous-traitants. Au quotidien Planifier et suivre les budgets et échéanciers; Coordonner les sous-traitants, fournisseurs et professionnels; Collaborer étroitement avec le contremaître; Participer aux réunions et suivis de chantier; Assurer la conformité aux plans et devis; Gérer les changements, déficiences et enjeux en cours de projet; Maintenir une bonne communication avec les clients et partenaires. Ce qu’on cherche 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction côté entrepreneur général; Bon sens de l’organisation et des priorités; Autonomie et capacité à prendre des décisions; Bon jugement et approche orientée solutions; Facilité à communiquer avec les équipes terrain et les professionnels.
