Lead and support project pursuits by developing scopes, preparing estimates and preliminary schedules, quantifying costs, and analyzing constructability, bids, risks, and cost-saving opportunities. Lead a small team of estimators and operational staff while maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Manage daily construction site operations, including personnel, field activities, schedules, and manpower, to meet project objectives. Implement safety requirements, support quality assurance and control, and monitor site instructions and change notices.
