Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join a dynamic team working on high-impact Commercial Banking Platform and integration solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable integration solutions using Java and Spring Boot. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment throughout the software development lifecycle. Develop containerized applications for deployment on OpenShift. Ensure backend applications meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Must-Have Skills 8+ years of backend development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot. Extensive experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture. Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases. Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and MQ. Hands-on experience building containerized applications. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OpenShift, or GCP. Nice to Have Camunda BPMN experience. DMN experience with Camunda, Drools, or similar technologies. Python development experience. Front-end experience with React. Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI coding assistants.
