Senior Aerospace Engineer – Aircraft Systems & Engineering Location: Montreal / Dorval, QC Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days Onsite per week) We are seeking experienced Aerospace Engineers and Engineering Specialists to support a range of aircraft development, integration, certification and in-service engineering activities. We are open to professionals with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Aircraft Systems & Systems Integration Avionics Electrical Systems / EWIS Flight Controls / Fly-By-Wire Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Hydromechanical Systems Aerospace Software & Hardware EMC / EMI / HIRF Structural Analysis / Aeroelasticity / Damage Tolerance Thermodynamics / CFD Acoustics & Vibration Human Factors / Ergonomics / Flight Deck Design What you will do Depending on your area of expertise, you may be involved in: Aircraft/system design, development and integration Requirements definition, verification and validation Engineering analysis, modelling and simulation Design reviews, testing and troubleshooting Certification and airworthiness activities Supplier and cross-functional technical coordination Technical documentation and engineering change activities Production and in-service aircraft support What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software or related Engineering discipline 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on specialization Aerospace/aircraft industry experience strongly preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Experience with aircraft systems, engineering analysis, testing, certification or integration Familiarity with applicable aerospace standards and airworthiness regulations is an asset French is an asset; English required Relevant tools and standards may include: CATIA, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, C/C++, NASTRAN, ANSYS, Star-CCM+, DOORS, DO-160, DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754 and ARP4761.
