This position is required on site at our Montreal Office* As a general worker, you’ll assist with general work —handling minor repairs, coordinating with our cleaning crew, and pitching in wherever needed. What you'll be doing: Move furniture and supplies within the building (rarely anything over 50 lbs., but some items can be bulky) Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed, such as patching walls, paint touch-ups, changing light bulbs, etc. Some tasks may require using a ladder. Coordinate with our janitorial service and occasionally handle some light cleaning Provide an on-site presence to assist with office and employee needs as required Maintain the coffee machines and restocks break room supplies Help with set-up for in-office events and other general office needs What you'll need to be successful: Must haves: Available to start as soon as possible Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and maneuver bulky items Comfortable using a ladder for tasks at height Able to stand/walk for extended periods Basic handyman skills (patching walls, paint touch-ups, minor repairs) Available for a short-term assignment (few weeks) Reliable, on-site presence during business hours Flexibility to start promptly Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable interacting with employees and vendors (e.g., janitorial service) As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees In this role you may be exposed to adult content
