CRM Analyst - Reactivations at BairesDev We are looking for an experienced CRM analyst to join our Reactivations team. This team already influences over $50M/year in revenue, and we aim to double it in the next 12 months. The ideal candidate should be seasoned in CRM, B2B Marketing, and highly quantitative (SQL is a big plus). You will have the opportunity to work on high-visibility, revenue-generating campaigns that deliver important value for the company. You will work in a team that is a top priority for our CEO and CMO, receiving plenty of support and resources. You will work in a highly dynamic remote environment with a team of remarkable and talented people. What You'll Do: - Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation. - Launch experiments to test hypotheses on new revenue-generating tactics (e.g., audience, messaging, triggers). - Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what's working and what's not working. - Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance. - QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error-free launch target. - Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities. - Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose smart, actionable solutions. - Navigate ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integration. What we are looking for: - 2+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing. - 2+ years of B2B experience. - 2+ years of Email Marketing experience. - Experience working for US companies (Plus). - Advanced level of English.
