This role is a current vacancy , and we are actively seeking a candidate to join the team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Own and evolve the test strategy, setting the gold standard for quality across teams. * Partner with Engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to build and approve smart, risk-based test plans. * Shape testing approaches early during discovery, planning, and refinement stages. * Lead end-to-end quality efforts across sportsbook, casino, and platform initiatives. * Champion a culture of quality, helping teams embed testing into everything they do. * Drive collaboration with QA Leads and cross-functional teams across the business. * Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to measure quality and release health. * Improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks to boost speed, coverage, and confidence. * Support testing, troubleshooting, bug triage, prioritization, and defect management. * Balance delivery needs with technical excellence, player experience, and business priorities. * Inspire teams through leadership, coaching, and a continuous improvement mindset.
