We're looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our beverage program, inspire our team, and continue raising the bar for service, creativity, and guest experience. This is an opportunity to join a restaurant with strong momentum and help shape its next chapter. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bar team. Create and evolve an innovative beverage program featuring cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings. Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost controls. Maintain exceptional service standards and guest experiences. Support recruitment, training, and performance development. Partner with the General Manager to drive operational excellence. Ensure compliance with liquor, health, and safety regulations. What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Passion for hospitality, beverages, and guest service. Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills. Creative mindset with an eye for trends and opportunities. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Local to the Bow Valley or willing to relocate. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant or bar. 2+ years bartending experience. 1+ year in a leadership or management role. Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling. Ability to lift 30+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods. ProServe certification required. Requirements
