What You’ll Do Craft and serve classic and modern cocktails to a high standard Create a warm, engaging, and knowledgeable experience for every guest Guide guests through the cocktail, wine, and spirits menu with thoughtful recommendations Prepare drinks for both bar and dining room service Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar Complete daily bar prep and maintain high standards of presentation and consistency Work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to deliver smooth, seamless service Follow responsible alcohol service practices and Alberta liquor legislation What You Bring Previous cocktail bartending experience required Valid ProServe certification required Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and wine Confident, personable, and knowledgeable when engaging with guests Passion for quality, creativity, flavour, and presentation Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure Positive, team-focused attitude with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays If you’re passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and creating an experience guests remember, Apply now and bring your knowledge, creativity, and personality to the bar at Good Folk. Requirements

Candidates must have previous cocktail bartending experience and a valid ProServe certification. You should possess strong product knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
