Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence, organisation and attention to detail. The ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment. A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Previous hotel, front desk or customer service experience is an asset, but attitude matters most. What you’ll do Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay. Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments and guest requests. Answer calls and provide helpful local recommendations. Communicate with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Help maintain a safe, welcoming and memorable guest experience.
