We're seeking experienced Line Cooks to join us in Banff! Banff Hospitality Collective, or as we like to call it "BHC," is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues and counting. What You'll Do: Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization Assist with training new team members as required What You Have: 1+ years of culinary experience required Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Attention to detail and consistent quality, even during high volume service Strong work ethic and great communication skills Passion for the culinary industry, with a drive to learn and grow Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Flexible full time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Banff Hospitality Collective is: https://www.banffcollective.com/ BHC is an equal opportunity employer.
