Shift Leader - High Rollers

We're seeking a Shift Leader to join us at High Rollers! Happy Hour half price bowling is available from 3 to 5pm on weekdays and all day Wednesday. Guests come for the bowling and stay for the food, featuring a value-priced menu served up in a big ol' beer hall. With six ten-pin lanes, three pool tables, big-screen TVs, and 48+ craft beers on tap, there is always something happening. High Rollers is where guests bring the family or round up the crew. You'll help us pull off incredible celebrations and party packages, perfect for large groups and events. This includes, but is not limited to liaising with FOH & BOH teams, handling customer concerns & complaints, and setting up the restaurant for a successful service by managing all FOH team members. Shift Leaders ensure smooth restaurant service by assisting the GM and AGM. This includes liaising with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, handling customer concerns, and managing FOH team members.

Candidates should have ProServe certification and previous serving and bartending experience. Excellent communication skills and a flexible schedule are required, with supervisory experience being an asset.
