BarBURRITO is looking for a *Restaurant Supervisor* to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is passionate about providing excellent guest service. Responsibilities * Lead and support the restaurant team during daily operations * Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and BarBURRITO standards are maintained * Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally * Train, coach, and motivate team members * Assist with opening and closing procedures * Monitor inventory, food preparation, and portion control * Ensure health, safety, and food-handling standards are followed * Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations Qualifications * Previous restaurant or supervisory experience is an madatory. * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, organized, and team-oriented * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends * Food safety certification is an required.
