Educate patients and community providers, participate in care-planning forums and hospital initiatives, and provide leadership and mentorship to students and new staff while supporting patient safety.

Registered Practical Nurse - Complex Continuing Care and Dialysis

Provide safe, competent nursing care to patients with chronic and complex health issues, including patients requiring hemodialysis, and contribute to individualized care planning. Educate patients and families, collaborate with the interprofessional team, mentor students and new staff, and participate in professional and hospital initiatives while supporting patient safety.

Registered Nurse - Emergency

Assess the needs of adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department and provide appropriate treatment in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Support timely triage and patient placement, and contribute to comprehensive assessments, referrals, and admissions.

Provide assessment, education, training, and ongoing support to patients and families receiving home hemodialysis, including clinic support and community home visits.
