This includes guest shuttles, welcoming guests, assisting guests with directions, assisting with luggage, assisting with recommendations, room deliveries, and the general upkeep and presentation of all our lobby, front entry, and outside spaces and supporting guest service operations as needed. Shifts: Full-time/Permanent. Days, evenings & weekends. Wage: $20 per hour Key Responsibilities Guest Transportation * Safely operate company vehicles to transport guests, staff, and supplies as assigned. * Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections (fuel, cleanliness, tire pressure, etc.). * Shuttle guests within Canmore and between BaseCamp properties * Ensure shuttle pick-up and departure areas remain organized, welcoming, and free of hazards * Keep all company vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for use at all times. * Maintain awareness of daily arrivals, departures, events, and transportation needs to proactively support operations * Schedule and report required vehicle maintenance or cleaning to the Rooms Division Manager. Guest Service & Communication * Act as hotel ambassador, greeting and welcoming all guests * Create memorable first and last impressions for all guests * Assist guests with luggage handling during arrivals and departures * Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance whenever possible * Provide clear, courteous communication with guests and colleagues. * Support the front desk team with additional guest service tasks when needed. Tasks include but are not limited to room deliveries, supply pickups, restocking wood, cleaning and upkeep. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Lobby and Front Entry of hotel and outdoor spaces * Provide knowledgeable recommendations and assistance regarding local attractions, dining, activities, and transportation options * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while representing the property. * Assist with other requests or tasks as needed Parking Lot Monitoring & Control * Oversee the use of parking areas to ensure proper organization and compliance with hotel policies. * Monitor for unauthorized vehicles and report incidents immediately to management. * Monitor parking capacity and communicate availability concerns to leadership proactively * Assist with seasonal operational tasks including snow removal, salting, sweeping, and exterior upkeep Safety & Compliance * Adhere to all driving laws, company safety standards, and guest privacy protocols. * Ensure all vehicle operations comply with insurance and licensing requirements. * Follow all emergency and incident reporting procedures. * Support overall hotel presentation by identifying and addressing cleanliness or maintenance concerns in guest-facing areas * Immediately report any guest concerns, safety issues, or incidents to the supervisor. Requirements * Candidates must hold a valid driver’s License (class 5 or equivalent). A clean driving record is required. * Previous experience in guest services, bellperson, valet, or shuttle driving preferred. * Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Professional appearance and positive, outgoing attitude * Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hotel standards * Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (luggage assistance). * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift * Knowledge of Canmore and the Bow Valley is an asset. Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in guest services or shuttle driving is preferred, along with flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
