Summary: Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations, the Task Team Outfitter is responsible for executing visual merchandising plans, planograms, and flyer/ad sets on the sales floor. Responsibilities: Support visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and prep and setup of merchandise for ads Perform resets for assigned departments when required Assist with merchandise purges when assigned Perform replenishment tasks across departments including filling, folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, hanging, and locating items Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the Sales floor during store open hours Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Two or more years’ experience in merchandising is preferred High school diploma or equivalent A combination of education and experience will be considered with hiring preference given to those with at least six months of merchandising experience Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work Ability to use good judgment and logic Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s welcomes applications from people with disabilities.
