Location: Stoney Creek, ON Position Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months) Travel Required: Yes, extensive travel across branch locations may be required during implementation. Wage: $25.00-30.00 per hour Openings: 3 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * DELIVER INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING SESSIONS BOTH VIRTUALLY AND IN-PERSON. * DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN TRAINING MATERIALS, JOB AIDS, REFERENCE GUIDES, AND E-LEARNING RESOURCES. * SUPPORT USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT), READINESS ASSESSMENTS, AND IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES. * PROVIDE ON-SITE BRANCH SUPPORT DURING GO-LIVE PERIODS. * COACH EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS THROUGH OPERATIONAL AND SYSTEM CHANGES. * GATHER FEEDBACK AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE TRAINING EFFECTIVENESS AND SYSTEM ADOPTION. * MAINTAIN TRAINING RECORDS, IMPLEMENTATION UPDATES, AND USER SUPPORT DOCUMENTATION. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: * Degree, diploma, or certificate in Adult Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset. * EXPERIENCE DELIVERING EMPLOYEE TRAINING, ADULT LEARNING, FACILITATION, OR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN. * STRONG PRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO ENGAGE DIVERSE AUDIENCES. * EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE, BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS, OR SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATIONS. * EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. * STRONG COMPUTER PROFICIENCY, INCLUDING MICROSOFT 365 APPLICATIONS. * Bilingual considered an asset. * ABILITY TO TRAVEL EXTENSIVELY THROUGHOUT CANADA DURING IMPLEMENTATION PHASES. * EXPERIENCE WITH ERP, RENTAL MANAGEMENT, OR OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS IS CONSIDERED A STRONG ASSET. Requirements
Candidates should have experience in employee training, facilitation, or instructional design, along with strong presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to travel extensively throughout Canada are required for this role.
