As a Dispatcher, you’ll be the primary communication link between branch staff, drivers and our customers, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients get the equipment they need to get their jobs done. What You’ll Be Doing * Organize runs for drivers in an efficient manner; * Contact customers and provide updates to order deliveries; * Create transfers, pickup tickets, and contracts as necessary; * Work as a team, and provide the best possible service to our customer; * The ability to provide excellent customer and internal relations while keeping a positive attitude; * Provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude both within the branch and in face-to-face experiences with customers; * Perform assigned tasks with attention to detail and effectively organize all documentation within Systematics; * Work effectively within a team environment; * Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For * Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel.) Experience with Systematics would be an asset. * Dispatching Experience: Or experience in a related role like driving or delivering heavy equipment. * Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction equipment and building products is an asset. * Detail Oriented: High attention to detail with excellent paperwork and organizational skills. * Customer Service Oriented: Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain positive internal and external relationships * Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment. * A Self-Starter: With a keen sense of time-management and effective planning skills. * Flexibility to work after hours, varying shifts, and participate in on‑call schedules as required.
