Education Required : High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred : Associate - Related Field Experience Required : Customer Service experience - 6 years / Contact Center or Medical Concierge - 2 years / Supervisory Role - 1 year Preferred : 1 year NICE Suite Specific Skills Must be detail oriented and flexible with changing priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams. Strong organizational, writing and research skills a must. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Must be comfortable using different technologies/tools to provide data analysis and reporting for assigned projects. Required specific skills include: self-motivated team-player with demonstrable success in a high stress, fast paced work environment. Requirements

Requires a high school diploma and at least 6 years of customer service experience, including 2 years in a contact center or medical concierge role and 1 year of supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle a fast-paced, 24/7 on-call environment is essential.
