The Department Secretary provides essential administrative and front-office support for the BayCare Health System, Rehab Pedi-SJCH team. This role is often the first point of contact for patients and families and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience. Responsibilities include scheduling, registration support, communication coordination, documentation management, and general clerical assistance to help ensure smooth daily operations for clinicians and patients.
