Key Responsibilities Include: Greeting and signing in patients upon arrival Obtaining and updating patient information Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient inquiries Coordinating procedures, laboratory services, and referrals with consulting physicians Collecting and posting patient payments Assisting patients with billing questions Reviewing encounter forms for completeness prior to patient checkout Managing clerical duties, including sorting mail and copying medical records Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation Performing other duties as assigned ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Required Qualifications Education : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience Required : Six (6) months of Healthcare experience OR Six (6) months of Customer Service experience ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What We Offer Unlock Your Career Potential: Join Our Team and Enjoy Our Outstanding Benefits!
