This role is essential to providing an exceptional patient experience while ensuring efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities Include: Performing patient check-in and check-out processes Collecting payments and supporting revenue cycle activities Scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries Handling patient inquiries and resolving scheduling concerns Entering orders and maintaining accurate patient information Utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules and patient records Coordinating patient communications and appointment needs Supporting office workflow through administrative and clerical duties Maintaining accurate documentation and data entry Performing other duties as assigned ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Required Qualifications Education : High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience Required : Six (6) months of Healthcare experience OR Six (6) months of Customer Service experience ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ What We Offer Unlock Your Career Potential: Join Our Medical Group Team and Enjoy Our Outstanding Benefits!
