St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital is seeking a PRN/Pool Pediatric Physical Therapist to support both pediatric and adult acute care populations. This role is ideal for a flexible, clinically strong therapist who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment. The therapist will primarily support pediatric patients while also floating to adult acute care as needed. Physical Therapist Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients across a wide range of diagnoses, including medical, surgical, and developmental conditions Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and provide evidence-based interventions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and home exercise programs Accurately document patient care, progress, and outcomes in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards Certifications And Licensures Required BLS (Basic Life Support) Required PT (Physical Therapy) Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtain Or PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 months Requirements Required Bachelor's Physical Therapy Preferred Master's Physical Therapy Preferred Doctorate's Physical Therapy Preferred 1-year Physical Therapist Facility BayCare Health System, Rehab Pedi-SJCH Location: St Joseph's Main and Children's Hospital - Tampa, FL Status: Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 8:00a to 4:30p (Fluctuation)/Days Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely? Requirements

Requires a Physical Therapy license and BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, while a Master's or Doctorate is preferred, along with 1 year of experience.
