Position Details Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital Location: Tampa, FL Status: Full Time, hourly Shift Hours: Overnights Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: No Pharmacy Technician , under the immediate oversight of the Pharmacist, responsibilities include: Support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department Efficient, accurate and timely preparation, compounding, labeling, and delivering of pharmaceuticals to assure customer satisfaction Required Registration: Florida Department of Health Pharmacy Technician Registry or enrolled into a BayCare hospital with a Florida Board of Pharmacy Licensed Training Program for the Employer Based Registered Pharmacy Technician Training Program Preferred experience is 1-year Institutional practice or equivalent as determined by the hiring manager. Required specific skills may also include successfully passing Pharmaceutical Calculations exam. Required Qualifications: High School Graduate or Equivalent GED Required FL Registered Pharmacy Technician License Preferred Qualifications: 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) BayCare is all about making the most of your life and loving your career. Requirements
