Position Summary The Physician Contracts Specialist assists with physician and provider compensation and employment agreements. This role supports contracting activities, reporting, recruitment efforts, and administrative functions while helping ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the contracting process. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following combinations: Associate's degree in a related field and two (2) years of physician contracting and/or provider compensation experience Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration and six (6) months of relevant experience Paralegal background/certification and one (1) year of healthcare experience Position Details Location: BayCare Medical Group Administration- Concourse Center, Tampa FL Status: Full Time Shift: Days (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Remote Work: Hybrid- Report onsite every Tuesday Weekend Work: None On Call: No BayCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
