You’ll work closely with our experts, senior engineers and designers on projects in mining or energy sectors, including studies, and will serve as a technical resource. Help carry out study or detailed engineering mandates for clients with existing facilities or for those wanting to expand or build new facilities Participate in multidisciplinary mandates as part of a work team comprised of engineers, technicians, and technologists Participate in analyzing various types of technical problems related to automation design Prepare drawings in 2D and/or 3D models in accordance with client and industry standards, as well as regional codes and standards. Prepare plans, technical data sheets and specifications based on guidelines for automation mandates Prepare calculations, lists and bills of materials in accordance with codes, standards, drawings and other established methods while complying with the firm’s quality system requirements Prepare presentations, minutes of meetings and reports Assist more experienced personnel with the technical aspects of complex tasks Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture? Requirements
Applicants must be current college or university students in Automation, Mechatronics, or Programming programs with proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, and MS Office. Experience in industrial, energy, or mining sectors and bilingualism in English and French are considered assets.
