Type of position: Regular Your future role on our team You’ll report to the Corporate Controller and serve as a business partner to optimize financial processes. Help transform and optimize financial processes Analyze existing processes and document best practices Identify efficiency opportunities and recommend continuous improvement solutions Help assess internal controls and financial risks Serve as an ambassador for finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Shared Services internal Project Management office Lead a variety of special projects and serve as the finance function’s subject matter expert (SME) for initiatives such as business acquisition integrations, system implementations, automation and AI Work with the IT, Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting and Operations teams to coordinate, implement and deploy solutions Measure the benefits and monitor improvement projects Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture? Requirements

Requires a CPA designation or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience, along with strong knowledge of finance, accounting processes, and internal controls. Candidates should have experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or project management, as well as advanced English and French skills.
