As our LDA you will prioritize exceptional patient care and understand the value in patient and team relationships. In this role, you will support our dentists by ensuring smooth daily flow. Your contributions will help us deliver top-quality dental services while fostering a welcoming environment for our patients. Responsibilities: Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials. Manage patient records using Tracker software to ensure accurate documentation. Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care. Sterilize and organize dental instruments following safety protocols. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries. Collaborate with the dental team to improve workflow and patient experience Qualifications Active LDA license with BCCOHP Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
