Business Development Support: We invest in your growth. Every associate is provided an annual marketing budget to support their business development and networking initiatives. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive and transparent remuneration package ($180,000 - $225,000) including: Compensation: A combination of base salary and revenue sharing. Performance Incentive: Eligible for an annual bonus. Comprehensive Coverage: A full benefits package including paid parking, cellphone, law society fees, medical, extended health, and dental for you and your family. Qualifications Law Degree (LLB/JD) and called to the Bar of British Columbia Experience in litigation matters is an asset Strong advocacy skills and comfort in a courtroom setting. Requirements
