We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. Qualifications Two to five years of experience in a legal or administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively Superb organizational skills Responsibilities Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits Schedule meetings with existing and prospective clients and handle telephone enquiries Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and couriers Open and close client files and maintain an up-to-date filing system Conduct conflict searches Preparing and managing client billing, including invoicing and accounts receivable Perform data entry tasks Ensure smooth office operations What We Offer A long-term, full-time permanent position A supportive work environment where you can grow with our team Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM on-site work schedule Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development This is an exciting opportunity to be welcomed as a key part of a close and vibrant firm.
